Issue Position

Currently, the Federal government picks the winners and losers in the energy industry. This must stop. The true costs of all forms of energy must be reflected in their market prices. Just as the manufacturing costs of renewable energy should not be subsidized by the US taxpayer, neither should the health and environmental costs of fossil fuels be borne by the general population.
